Ronnie Harrell is a Relationship Manager with Partner Engineering and Science, Inc.  In his 20 year career, Ronnie has deep experience in asset management and running acquisition due diligence for a national real estate investment firm.  Now as a consultant, he translates this experience to guiding his clients on critical risk management strategies and asset optimization measures to vet and maximize real estate investments.  Ronnie is also passionate about helping real estate owners reduce operating costs and increase rents by implementing technology enhancements at their properties.
