Angelique Crews is a Technical Director for HUD Environmental Services at Partner Engineering and Science, Inc.. She has performed hundreds of assessments on commercial, multifamily and industrial facilities for stakeholders ranging from lenders to real estate investors to real estate equity funds. Ms. Crews has expertise with all standards of Due Diligence Environmental Assessments and the needs and requirements of a varied number of reporting standards, including the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (E1527-13), Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Multifamily Accelerated Processing (MAP) and LEAN Guidelines, customized client formats or scopes, along with Phase II Subsurface Investigations, soil and groundwater remediation, regulatory compliance audits, asbestos surveys, and indoor air quality studies. Ms. Crews has an A.A.S. in Marine Technology from Cape Fear Community College and studies in Marine Biology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
