OCEANSIDE, CA-Buyer Innovative Development Enterprises Inc. dba Hamann Construction plans to construct industrial build-to-suit facilities on the 10.76-acre site known as lot six. The parcel is located within Oceanside's 350-acre Ocean Ranch Corporate Centre.

SAN DIEGO-KMA Architecture & Engineering wraps up renovations and additions to the La Jolla Presbyterian Church. The project entailed the construction of two new facilities encompassing a total of 37,000 sf, additional parking and a courtyard.

CARLSBAD, CA-Summit Realty Advisors pays $4 million to Teknon LLC for the 27,262-sf facility. In conjunction with the sale, Teknon LLC inks a 10-year lease to occupy the building.

SAN DIEGO-Stephens Properties LP acquires the property from M.V. Phoenix Associates LLC, which originally purchased the asset for $5.5 million in December 2001. Located at 3517 Camino Del Rio South, the property was 92.7% leased at the time of sale.

SAN DIEGO-Two new restaurants will soon be rising in downtown San Diego, as RA San Diego Corp. dba RA Sushi inks a $1.3-million lease for 4,500 sf space in Downtown while 9th & Passyunk LLC dba Philly's Restaurant signs a $1.1-million agreement for 2,500 sf here.

CHULA VISTA, CA-An apparel firm, a retail business and a piping company all sign on for space at Westcore Industrial Properties' Southrail Business Park. The tenants will take a total of 17,624 sf in the Chula Vista industrial complex.

SAN DIEGO-Cadence Design Systems Inc., which is currently Carmel Corporate Plaza's sole tenant, will dramatically downsize its presence here in a few months. The company inks a five-year lease for 10,124 sf here with plans to vacate the rest of the 90,000-sf office development later this year.
