MBK to Transform Underperforming Lakewood Mall

LAKEWOOD, WA-The Northwest division of Irvine, CA-based MBK Real Estate Ltd. plans to partially demolish the 1.2-million-sf, enclosed mall and change it into a 900,000-sf outdoor retail and entertainment Mecca for about $70 million, including acquisition costs.
