HOUSTON-The 313-unit Chateaux Dijon Apartments at 16201 El Camino Real has changed hands. The class B property is one of several that has been transferred this year in negotiations by a CB Richard Ellis team of senior vice presidents.

THE WOODLANDS, TX-A Dallas-based developer will break ground in July on a $10-million, 122-room Hilton Garden Inn. The hotel will be positioned in Vision Park, a 100-acre, mixed-use undertaking.

HOUSTON-Affordable housing developer Swiss Village Community Ltd. has received a $3.5-million Fannie Mae loan. The fund will be applied to construction of an 88-unit second phase to Swiss Village in the city's northeastern tier.
