Halston has signed a lease for 14,400 square feet of space for the entire fourth floor of the more than 200,000-square-foot 16-story historic office building, which also serves as the corporate headquarters for building owner Thor Equities.

Fragomen, which has 40 offices in 20 countries, currently houses its New York City operations at 7 Hanover Square.

Amazon will occupy the entire sixth and seventh floors and portions of the eighth and 10th floors of the 16-story, 1.8-million-square-foot Five Manhattan West office building.

Skyline purchased the site for $83 million from a partnership of Barings Real Estate Advisors and Lincoln Property Co., according to Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P., which marketed the property at 12-18 W. 55th St. for the seller and procured the buyer.

Later in the day, Gov. Cuomo announced that the City of Kingston landed the $10-million downtown revitalization award for the Mid-Hudson region.

Cleveland-based Forest City Realty Trust has been in prolonged talks with real estate investment firm Madison International Realty on the possible sale of its majority interest in the 2.1-million-square-foot portfolio located in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Staten Island and Northern New Jersey.

Nuxeo, which established its U.S. operations in New York City in 2012, is leasing 12,500 square feet of space at 10 Jay St. The lease deal at the 230,000-square-foot building was announced by brokerage firm Newmark Knight-Frank.

MGM Resorts International and the RCI Group, the developer of the Steelpointe Harbor project, unveiled plans on Monday for the project that if approved, would involve more than 100,000 square feet of gaming space.
