MARLBOROUGH, MA-CYTYC Corp. leases 216,000 sf at the Campus at Marlborough, a 530,895-sf four-building campus owned by an affiliate of Berwind Property Group. The deal brings the occupancy at the Campus up to 95%.

NEEDHAM, MA-CWCapital acquires Lend Lease Corp.'s Mezzanine Finance Group and will assume responsibility for origination, underwriting and servicing of mezzanine financing while its parent company, CDP Capital-Real Estate Advisory, will oversee the investor relations and portfolio management activities.

WEYMOUTH, MA-The Hilson Group relocates to 11,200 sf at 195 Libbey Parkway. The company took the industrial space--in a building owned by Southeastern Industrial Trust--to accommodate its growth.

BOSTON-In a move that didn't take anyone by surprise, Gov. Mitt Romney approves legislation that will enable municipalities across the state to increase property taxes on businesses beyond the state limit. But the law indicates that the rate will slowly come back down over the next four years.

BOSTON-The Mayo Group acquires 28 Damrell St. The locally based company purchased the 100,000-sf industrial property for $5.5 million from Damrell Ewer Partners in a deal indicative of the area's healthy industrial market.
