Multiple published reports state that Primark has signed a lease deal for just over 34,000 square feet at Fashion District Philadelphia, which is owned by a joint venture of PREIT an Macerich.

The global consulting firm's headquarters will occupy 1902 Reston Metro Plaza in 2022.

The new-to-market tenant, Apex Entertainment, will open its first Mid-Atlantic location in the 84,000SF space.

The company's Denver office is located at 1801 California St. The company's new North American headquarters will be housed at its existing Chicago office at 250 South Wacker Drive. Functional support roles currently housed in several offices around the country will now be based in Milwaukee.
