The new location it is expected to open for business in the fourth quarter of 2020.

Locally-based Nicole Crafts, the parent company of A.C. Moore, announced that it was exiting its retail operations and has hired the retail and real estate divisions of Gordon Brothers to close the A.C. Moore stores located from Maine to Florida.

The properties were sold by Angelo Gordon of New York City and Commercial Florida Realty Partners.

Traff served as VP at Madison Marquette for the past eight years where she focused on the retail leasing of mixed-use lifestyle centers, grocery-anchored shopping centers and ground-up development.

The buildings were 100% occupied at the time of sale by Comcast and Bolton Medical.

The Netherlands-based hotel brand is building a 12-story, 351-key hotel at the mammoth mixed-use project.

"Northerners and other homebuyers are not just purchasing second homes; they are bringing businesses and moving here full time," says MIAMI Chairman of the Board José María Serrano.

The proposed 22-acre project has been stalled with the city planning board for more than a year in part over concerns about affordable housing and gentrification.
