A 2-acre Worldcenter site and a five-building retail portfolio are up for sale.

Aimco bought the 32-story office tower three months ago but the transaction largely remained off radar.

Glenmont Capital Management and Arlington Properties sold the Class A community, which they developed in 2017, to an undisclosed buyer.

The 11-property portfolio consists of class-A communities located in Florida, Georgia and Nevada.
