AVON, CO-It's been three years in the making, but a developer has reached the turnkey stage on a $45-million condo, retail and office project. The development includes 100,000 sf of retail and 25,000 sf of office space.
OAKLAND, CA-The property along Mandela Parkway has been boarded up since 1989, when Nestle Corp. bought the ice cream manufacturer operating out of the building there and consolidated its operations.

FOLSOM, CA-Pier 1 Imports and The Men's Warehouse both signed five-year leases at the developing mall here, on the eastern edge of the Sacramento megalopolis. The stores will open early next year, just as construction on the plaza is completed.
ASTORIA, OR-Founded in 1962, the facility is one of the West Coast's most well known maritime museums. The Fletcher Farr Ayotte architecture firm designed the 7,000-sf addition. The Newport Beach, CA-based McCarthy construction company will build it.
