There is a severe lack of industrial supply in Los Angeles, but there are ways to help increase industrial space.

Scott Henderson comes to Duke Realty after four years as senior vice president with Nappen & Associates, a privately held Philadelphia-based industrial real estate development firm.

In the fourth quarter, the Rochester, NY-based private REIT managed by Broadstone Real Estate, LLC, purchased 43 properties for approximately $241.5 million.

The deal, which closed at the end of 2018, was the largest industrial lease of the year.

CapitaLand reports that the newly formed group will have a presence in more than 180 cities across 32 countries.
