LONDON-Royal London Mutual Insurance has continued the process rebalancing its portfolio in the wake of its merger with Scottish Life. Three large distribution units in the Midlands and North-West are the latest to have been sold.

LOS ANGELES-The third-party logistics company has inked a five-year, $5.3-million lease to occupy the industrial space, which is located in Santa Fe Springs.

NEWPORT BEACH, CA-The locally-based company has sold the 27,603-sf facility to a company specializing in the installation and engineering of telecommunications equipment. The Inland Empire continues to attract industrial tenants, even in the face of a sluggish economy.

CAREFREE, AZ-Guardian Technologies' subsidiary Palo Verde has laid out $800,000 for 100 acres in Wyoming and five acres in Colorado. One is ticketed for two equestrian ranches and the other, retail and commercial projects. Guardian's homeport is Carefree.

SIGNAL HILL, CA-Private investor F&B Properties purchased the multi-tenant industrial park from publicly traded, San Francisco-based Rreef. The eight-building Walnut Avenue Business Park was 93%-occupied at the time of sale.

ATLANTA-James A. Fleming, a law partner in Fleming & Ray, is the new senior vice president, general counsel and secretary at the locally based REIT. He replaces Tom G. Charlesworth who was promoted to executive vice president and chief investment officer in January of this year.

SUTTON, MA-Bay State Moving Systems Inc. will consolidate its offices and warehouses, which now are spread throughout Worcester and Millbury, at South Commerce Park. The project is scheduled to be completed by mid-December.
