Nicholas Hunter has joined Colliers International. |

WASHINGTON, DC-Colliers International and JLL both announced, separately, recent hires at their local offices.

Nicholas Hunter has joined Colliers' Washington, DC, office as an Assistant Vice President specializing in tenant and landlord representation. In Baltimore, Brendan Lough joined JLL's local office as a Senior Vice President for Tenant Representation.

Hunter comes to Colliers International from the boutique Washington, DC real estate firm POUNDS, where he led and managed the firm's business development and marketing. Hunter was also a Senior Associate with JLL in Washington, DC and a Research Associate with the Staubach Co., which was acquired by JLL in 2008. He also has worked for CBRE and CoStar.
