DALLAS—The Rreef Funds has acquired the Richardson Business Center in the Richardson community near Dallas. The center consists of six industrial buildings totaling 221,334 sf. The project is located south of Arapaho Road between Glenville Drive and International Parkway. The business center was purchased from LPC Realty Advisors for an undisclosed price. Jack Fraker, John Robinson and Randy Baird of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. facilitated the transaction.
