Ralphs, a division of Cincinnati-based Kroger Co., has already started to build a state-of-the-art supermarket with a gourmet delicatessen and European style bakery on the site. A November opening is planned.
Both the buyer and the seller, LA-based Regency Realty Corp., were represented by the Torrance office of CB Richard Ellis.
