The sale of this building leaves only the multi-family units remainingon Highwoods Properties list of more than a dozen properties that itwanted sold in the Kansas City market this past year, according to MikeO'Connell of Kessinger Hunter & Co. O'Connell and Dave French handledthe transaction for Highwoods Properties. Mike VanBuskirk, with Zimmer &Co., represented the buyer.
