LIVERMORE, CA-Trumark Commercial announced yesterday plans to develop Copper Hill Business Park. The 6.35-acre site is slated to contain 76,000 sf of office/flex space across four buildings.

Located in Livermore along the 580 corridor, construction on the project is expected to break ground in the beginning of next year. Trumark has been working to get city approval for the project for more than a year. As things stand currently, the first three buildings have already been approved by the Planning Commission, with final approval of the last building expected by January.

Ron Winter, principal at Trumark, stated, “We've seen increasingly strong demand for this type of product in the Tri-Valley area and anticipate positive response from the market.” Lease rates are anticipated at about $1.60 per sf.
