PHOENIX-A 350,000-sf, open-air retail center under construction in northeast Phoenix has landed six more tenants.

The Village at Desert Ridge, which is under development at the northeast corner of the Loop 101 Freeway alignment and Tatum Boulevard, is months away from completion but is filling up fast. The six latest tenants to sign are Fat Tuesday, Rock Bottom Brewery, On the Border, Romano's Macaroni Grill, Hat World and As You Wish.
