MINNEAPOLIS-TCF Bank is looking for space to build five new branches by the end of 2002 in Denver and Colorado Springs, CO. TCF is focused onfinding high-traffic areas in Denver and Colorado Springs to build its convenience banking network in Colorado.
“We're looking for space to add five traditional branches with drive-up tellers and ATMs to our existing traditional branch and 12 supermarketbranches in Cub Foods,” says Ron Miller, real estate and facilities manager for TCF.
TCF is looking for sites that would offer about 1.5 acres — enough toaccommodate a 5,000-sf building — that are near a large retail development on a busy corner allowing convenient access to the branch.
