The renovation of the 10-story building will be marked with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10:15 a.m. It will be held in the facility's lobby entrance, which stands at 8560 Sunset Blvd. Some of the building's tenants, which include Kopelson Entertainment, USA Intertainment Inc. and Creative Theme Restaurants Inc., will be on hand for the festivities. In addition, West Hollywood's Mayor pro tem Sal Guarriello, Assemblyman Paul Koretz and several council members will be in attendance.

This 676,000-sf mixed-use project will include 276,000 sf of office space, 200,000 sf of upscale retail space, a 370-room hotel, a live performance theater and restaurants. The development is slated for completion within a year. The finished project will span three city blocks, stretching from La Cienega Boulevard to Sunset Plaza Drive.
