SAN DIEGO-Two retail leases were signed recently in central and eastern San Diego County.
99 Cent Only Stores leased 16,200 sf of retail space for 10 years in Clairemont Town Square in a deal valued at $1.5 million. The mall is located at 4140 Clairemont Mesa Blvd. The tenant represented itself in the transaction. The building owner was represented by Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate.
Meanwhile, 7-Eleven signed a 20-year, $1.9 million lease for 28,444 sf in the Valhalla Village Retail Center in El Cajon. The owner of the building, located at 1498 Jamacha Road, is L. Robert Payne. He was represented by CB Richard Ellis.
The lessee was represented by Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate in the transaction. The transactions are the latest in a wave of small retail tenant signings and renewals around the county.
