The manufacturer has paid $4.5 million for the property, which stands at 2210-2220 E. Orangewood. It is located within the Orangewood Stadium Business Park.
Win-Dor was represented by Steve Crane of Lee & Associates. A Cushman & Wakefield brokerage team consisting of Jeffrey Chiate and Rick Ellison acted on behalf of the seller, San Francisco-based RREEF.
The 55,500-sf industrial facility is one of three buildings that have recently sold in the Orangewood Stadium Business Park. RREEF also sold a 375,000-sf property at 2130 E. Orangewood and an 8,400-sf building at 2141 Dupont. The Migneco Family Trust, which operates the Anaheim-based ceramic tile supplier Tileclub, acquired the 2130 E. Orangewood facility for $2.3 million. The property at 2141 Dupont was sold to Judy Dijon, the owner of American Barricade. She paid $714,000 for the facility.
