Jerry Buckner, former president of locally based Buckner & Co., specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial properties throughout the state. Brett Buckner, also of Buckner & Co., has 13 years of experience in commercial real estate and specializes in the sale and leasing of office and industrial space in Georgia.
Kevin Boughner was previously with the loan syndications group of Charlotte-based Wachovia Securities where he specialized in syndicating loans for REITs and large corporations.
In a prepared statement, Stephen Hay, director of the local region for Sperry, says the company plans to grow its business in this area. It recently opened an office in Lexington, KY.
The company, founded in 1987, operates in more than 40 US markets and covers all commercial real estate sectors.
