HOUSTON-Manhattan Resources, a locally based executive search firm, has made the move from 11014 Tall Timbers Rd. in the far northwestern FM 1960 submarket to the heart of the action, the CBD. The company has subleased Ultimate Staffing Services' 3,227-sf spot in One Houston Center at 1221 McKinney St.

Norman V. Munoz of the Houston office of Colliers International represented Ultimate Staffing. He tells GlobeSt.com that his client relocated its CBD staff into a Galleria/West Loop office.

Manhattan Resources subleased the office space for the 25-month balance on Ultimate Staffing's contract. Tommy Wilson of Trione & Gordon in Houston represented Manhattan Resources in the sublease agreement.

One Houston Center is a 46-story, 1.1-million-sf, class A building owned by Fort Worth-based REIT, Crescent Real Estate Equities LP. Crescent's Houston Center office complex consists of 3.3 million sf on the CBD's east side, also home to the George R. Brown Convention Center.
