The printing technology company's new space is located in 3 Park Plaza in the Jamboree Center, according to Bender and Walter, managing directors at Insignia's Newport Beach office, who represented Oce in the 10-year, $5-million lease. The Irvine Co. was represented in-house by Gary Gerson. Bender and Walter say the printer supplier will move in near the end of this year. The space will serve as a regional sales office and showroom for the company.
Oce is a supplier of digital printers, scanners and other document management and delivery technology that enables users to deliver documents and data over internal networks and the Internet. The company is consolidating into the new space from approximately 28,000 sf at its other locations. The 3 Park Plaza building it will occupy is a 20-story, granite-clad office project, built in 1990 and part of the five-building, 1.6-million-sf Jamboree Center development.
