The new store in Scarsdale offers signature golf product relatedservices. William B. Hesse and Martin Deitch of Aries Deitch &Endelson of Hartsdale represented the building owner, GinsburgDevelopment Corp. of Hawthorne, NY in the transaction. BrianSchuster of Ripco Real Estate of Jericho, Long Island coordinatedlease negotiations on behalf of Golfsmith.

Hesse, president of Aries Deitch & Endelson, said his firmhad worked in tangent with Ripco over the past several years inorder to find the ideal suburban site for Golfsmith's entry intothe New York market.
