Residential One leased 7,202 sf of space and was represented by Boston Real Estate Advisors while Intersil Corp. leased 3,604 sf and was represented by the Staubach Co. Fletcher, Tilton, Whipple took 6,511 sf and was represented by Cushman & Wakefield in the lease deal. Jet Brains leased 2,190 and was represented by Parsons Commercial Group while Town and Country Credit leased 2,457 sf and was represented by CB Richard Ellis.

Mark Rubin of Maric notes that the deals represent a "turn in the MetroWest market." He adds that the leases were expansions for a number of the companies who were attracted by the location of the building. "We see more of this activity in the pipeline," says Rubin. DeSimone points out that an additional attraction is the fact that the building can accommodate very small to larger tenants.

The building, which features a six-story atrium, is located on Route 9 near the Natick Mall and a number of other retail outlets.
