SANTA ANA, CA-Terry Bowman Group of Logistics has leased 109,226 sf at The Rockefeller Group's 300,000-sf warehouse building located at 2001 E. Dyer Rd. in Santa Ana. The 67-month deal is worth more than $2.8 million, or $4.60 per sf.
The new tenant provides warehousing, distribution, fulfillment and transportation services to manufacturers, importers/exporters, mass merchandisers and start-up companies.
Phil Cohen of CB Richard Ellis' Newport Beach office represented Terry Bowman Group of Logistics. Jeff Chiate and Rick Ellison of Cushman & Wakefield's Irvine office acted on behalf of The Rockefeller Group, which owns the property.
The recent lease signing follows on the heels of another Santa Ana industrial transaction, in which automotive towing and service firm MetroPro Road Services paid $3.8 million to Burtin Enterprises for a 27,580-sf facility located at 2550 S. Gamsey St. MetroPro, which is a provider of towing and automotive services, plans to use the facility as its headquarters.
