Ron Dunn was promoted to senior vice president heading special projects. Located in the company's local office, Dunn is currently overseeing projects for Wal-Mart, Boca Resorts, Capri Resort LLC, GSA and Apollo Real Estate Advisors L.P. Dunn has more than 32 years experience in the construction industry. In 1988, he joined Centex Rooney as a general superintendent on the Presidential Circle Office Building in Hollywood, FL. Subsequently, he was promoted to project executive and vice president. His experience includes office buildings, sports arenas, hospitality/hotel and resort projects, educational facilities and government facilities.

Tim Anderson was promoted to vice president supporting the company's retail and Broward County operations. In this role, he will continue to oversee the Bass Pro Shops, Broward Community College and Broward County Schools accounts. Anderson has a bachelor's degree in building construction from the University of Florida. He has more than 22 years experience in the construction industry--17 years with Centex Rooney. Since 1997, he has served as project manager and senior project manager on 12 projects for Bass Pro Shops nationally. Also located in the company's local office, he is a certified general contractor in Florida and serves on the Board of Construction Association of South Florida.

In a third promotion, Rob Baker has become senior vice president in charge of Tampa, FL, operations. He will continue as the head of the company's education division. Baker has a bachelor's degree in building construction from the University of Florida and is a certified general contractor in Florida. He has more than 25 years experience in construction, 18 of which have been with Centex Rooney. Since joining the company in 1985, he has been a project manager, vice president and project executive. His client base in the Orlando-area includes the University of Central Florida and Seminole Community College.

In addition, Alan Silver was promoted to vice president in charge of Tallahassee, FL, operations. Located in the company's Tallahassee office, he is currently overseeing projects for Florida State University, Okaloosa County, Tuskegee University and the Florida Department of Transportation. Silver has a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. With more than 21 years experience in construction, he started with Centex Rooney as a project engineer in 1986 and was later promoted to assistant project manager and project manager.
