ATLANTA-To better serve its growing capital markets business, locally based Integra Realty Resources has added five new staff members and new information technology infrastructure. With the new hires, J. Carl Schultz Jr. becomes director of the firm, which has a staff of 15 associates.
Joining the firm as managing director is Sherry Watkins, who was previously with PGP Valuation Inc. In addition to Watkins, other new hires from PGP Valuation include senior analyst Steven McKnight, analyst Alex Kambar, analyst Nate Watkins and analyst Mike Erazo. PGP did not comment on the moves.
“We are investing in new systems and talented people to take our office to the next level,” says Schultz. “Our clients will realize better service, expanded offerings, and quicker turnaround time on assignments.”
Watkins tells GlobeSt.com that the move will allow Schultz to focus on other areas of expertise while brining a new line of business to Integra. The company's prime focus is Georgia, with Alabama being a secondary focus. “We're expanding into the capital markets area,” she says. “This will bring a new avenue of business for the company.”
Additional partners in the Atlanta office expansion include Integra board members Joseph Pasquarella, who is managing director of Integra-Philadelphia; Raymond Cirz, managing director of Integra-New York; and Patrick Kerr, managing director of Integra-Washington, DC.
Watkins, a 20-year veteran of the real estate industry, has a broad range of experience in valuation and analysis of all types of real estate including commercial, industrial, office, multifamily, mixed-use, recreation, resort, conservation easements and special-purpose properties such as golf courses.
