TRENTON-This city's Department of Housing and Economic Development has released an RFP inviting developers to submit proposals for redevelopment of a nearly half-acre vacant site near Downtown. City officials say they're looking for either housing or mixed uses.

The land, located at the corner of Hamilton and South Clinton avenues, once housed Polizzi Meats and a few private houses. Those buildings have already been demolished, and a preliminary environmental assessment has also given the site a clean bill of health.
