NOVATO, CA-Barker Pacific has signed Dragnet Solutions to a lease for more than 9,600 sf that brings the 286,000-sf project at the former Hamilton Air Force Base to full occupancy. The project formerly reached full occupancy but then lost a tenant before the latest deal brought it back to 100% occupied.

A Barker Pacific spokesman tells GlobeSt.com that there is still no word on prospective tenants for two other buildings at the property that have been rumored to be the future site of a Disney tenant. Barker Pacific also has a two-acre site in the center of the project that is entitled for 65,000 sf, although the building that is ultimately developed will probably be smaller than 65,000 sf.

Hamilton Landing is a piece of the former Hamilton Air Force Base that consists of seven historic airplane hangars totaling 400,000 sf, five of which have been renovated and leased as office space, along with the development pad that is entitled for the 65,000 sf. The two remaining hangars that could potentially be renovated are about 60,000 sf each.
