NEW YORK CITY-Andrew Heiberger, an industry veteran, has openeda new real estate brokerage firm, Town Residential. He is openingtwo offices in Manhattan to accommodate 140 brokers.
Heiberger is opening a headquarters measuring 16,000 square feetat 110 Fifth Ave. at 16th Street in the Flatiron District to house110 brokers for Town Residential. A second office, situated in theFinancial District, will house 30 agents. Heiberger is alsoplanning to open offices on East 57th Street and in GreenwichVillage.
