NEW YORK CITY-Charles Schwab, a financial brokerage, has signed a deal for a consumer services facility in the CBS "Black Rock" tower located at 51 W. 52nd St. on Sixth Avenue. The firm will occupy 8,000 square feet of space on the ground floor and 10,000 more in the passageway.

The new lease raises questions regarding the future of Schwab's service center situated at 1211 Sixth Ave. Cushman & Wakefield represented Schwab, 1211 Sixth Ave., and CBS in the transaction. For the full story, go to New York Post.
