NEW YORK CITY-New women's apparel and accessories retailer C. Wonder has agreed to lease 24,000 square feet of space at 1115 Broadway situated at West 25th Street for its corporate office. The company has leased the fifth-floor space for 11 years.
Asking rent was $39 per square foot. The retailer is expected to relocate into its new office by December 15. Brokers from Adams & Co. represented both C. Wonder and Eleven Fifteen Associates, the landlord, in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
