
BALTIMORE-The Abacrombie Inn, a 12-room hotel in Mount Vernon, will be sold at a foreclosure sale. Alex Cooper Auctioneers Inc. has arranged an auction on August 16 to sell the four-story inn at 58 W. Biddle St.
The property, constructed in 1900, includes a Mediterranean restaurant as well as an 18-space surface parking area. It is assessed at approximately $600,000. The property owner, catalogued as Atiq LLC, bought the bed-and-breakfast in 2007 for $1.2 million. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
