SAN FRANCSICO-Trammell Crow Company says thatDon Little has joined the company's NorthernCalifornia Business Unit in San Francisco as senior vice president.In his new role, Little will be responsible for expanding thecompany's portfolio of new developments, as well as guidingpipeline projects through the construction and marketing approvalphases.

"With 30-years of commercial real estate development andbrokerage experience, Don has established a proven track record ofdeveloping and leasing high-quality products throughout theNorthern California market," said John Greer,principal and head of the Northern California Business Unit. "Hisexperience, combined with his strong management, team building andoperational skills, make him a tremendous asset to our team as wecontinue to look forward and continue with our Business Unit'scurrent growth."

Prior to joining Trammell Crow Company, Little was President andCEO of Don Little Group, where he was the primaryadvisor on nine million square feet of industrialand office assets throughout Northern California. Prior tooverseeing his own firm, he served as Senior Vice President,Development & Bay Area Operations with HarschInvestment Properties where he was head of developmentbusiness for California, Nevada andArizona. His notable projects include PacificCommons, an 8 million square foot master-planned, mixed usedevelopment, Fleet Industrial Supply Center an 1.3 million squarefoot industrial center and Southshore CorporatePark, a four million square foot master-planned businesspark.
