PHILADELPHIA, PA—The former Four Seasons Hotel in Center City has reopened as The Logan Philadelphia, joining the Curio – A Collection by Hilton chain following a multi-million dollar renovation.
Hilton Worldwide says its Curio brand caters to "passionate travelers seeking local discovery and authentic experiences – something that is synonymous with The Logan Philadelphia."
The hotel is managed by Sage Hospitality and owned by Host Hotel & Resorts.
"From its energetic environment and luxury accommodations to its prime location in the heart of Logan Square, The Logan Philadelphia is a community landmark, and will continue to be a social magnet for locals and visitors as we celebrate a new chapter for this beautiful hotel," says Dianna Vaughan, global head, Curio – A Collection by Hilton. "With its unique design fueled by this city's deep history and local artwork, we're proud to welcome this hotel to our growing collection of remarkable upscale and luxury hotels."
Of the hotel's 391 rooms, 64 are spacious suites complete with marble bathrooms and French doors that separate the bedroom from the living area, offering travelers a residential feel. A Presidential Suite has a balcony and views overlooking the Benjamin Franklin Parkway. The hotel has an indoor heated pool, 24-hour fitness center with state-of-the-art Precor equipment and a 24-hour business center.
In addition to luxury accommodations, The Logan Philadelphia is adjacent to Urban Farmer Philadelphia, a unique steakhouse concept by restaurateur Peter Karpinski, co-founder and COO of Denver-based Sage Restaurant Group. The Commons Lounge, located in the lobby, serves cocktails and small plates from 3 p.m. to midnight daily. Assembly, the hotel's rooftop lounge, will open in spring 2016 offering views of Philadelphia's Museum District.
