Arlington Commons

ARLINGTON, TX—Arlington Commons is the largest multifamily redevelopment project in Arlington history and one of the largest in North Texas with 1,300 units. Arlington Commons is replacing aging apartment complexes that were originally built in the 1970s.

The redevelopment has garnered support from the community, including $10.5 million in economic incentives from the Arlington city council. The development is located at 425 E. Lamar Blvd. near Globe Life Park.

General contractor KWA Construction recently began demolition at the site and Phase I has broken ground. Developer The Nehemiah Company expects the $200 million project to be fully completed in 2026. It was designed by JHP Architecture/Urban Design.
