NEW YORK CITY—Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates has arranged an 11,000 square-foot, long-term lease for the Brooklyn office of Illuminations by Arnold at 18 Stewart St. in Bushwick. The company will occupy 11,000 square feet and 1,500 square feet of yard space. The entire building offers 21,000 square feet of space. KDA brokers Grant Dolgin and Robert Klein represented both the tenant and the landlord in the lease.

Sound Point Capital Management has signed a long-term lease at 375 Park Ave., a RFR Realty property. The investment advisory firm took 10,827 square feet of space at the Midtown building, contributing to over 16,000 square feet of recent leasing there and over 140,000 square feet of leasing in the building in the last 12 months. JLL's AJ Camhi and a leasing team led by Matthew Astrachan and Jonathan Fanuzzi represented the landlord in the lease. The tenant was represented by Cynthia Foster, David Glassman, Dylan Mattes and Robert Thuss of Colliers International.

Inking its first long-term tenant while in the midst of a renovation, 1407 Broadway has secured a 10-year lease with the law firm of Moritt Hock & Hamroff. The Garden City, NY-based firm has leased 9,592 square feet on the 39th floor of the 1.1 million-square-foot building.
CBRE's Gregg Rothkin, Peter Turchin, Brett Shannon, Ross Zimbalist, Ben Fastenberg and Keith Caggiano represented the owner, Shorenstein Properties.

Time Warner Cable is opening its second “experience store”—as the cable provider calls some of its retail establishments—in Manhattan. The 5,700-square-foot space is set to debut at 700 Broadway in Midtown South. TWC will take 3,200 square feet on the ground Floor and 2,500 square feet in the basement of the Noho-area building. The space features 20-foot ceilings and 165 feet of wraparound frontage on Broadway and 4th Street. RKF vice chairman Ariel Schuster and associate Brandon Berger represented the landlord. The identity of the building owner was not disclosed. Annette Healey from CBRE represented the tenant.
