BRIDGEWATER, NJ—Bridgewater Marble has renewed its leases for 50,282 square feet of space at 3W Chimney Rock Road in Bound Brook, NJ, and 1W Chimney Rock Road, Bridgewater, NJ. The properties are owned by Denholtz Associates. David Zimmel of Zimmel Associates represented both the tenant and landlord in the transaction.

Since beginning its fabrication and installation business in 1999, Bridgewater Marble has leased space in the Bridgewater Business Park. Denholz owns 115,714 square feet of space in the park at 1W-5W Chimney Rock Road. The properties offer flexible accommodations for a variety of tenants including an airsoft facility and gymnastics studio.
The Bridgewater Business Park is located just off Route 22 in a high traffic area at the convergence of Routes 202/206, I-287 and I-78. The area is also convenient to the Garden State Parkway and New Jersey Turnpike.
