CARLSBAD, CA—GlobeSt.com was on the scene as Vista, CA-based builder Level 3 Construction held a “hoppy hour” Thursday evening at Barrel Republic, a popular self-serve tap room in Carlsbad Village. The event drew in members of the industry to mix and mingle, discussing deals and development innovations in the San Diego commercial real estate market. We saw some old friends and made some new ones at the informal meet-up.

Level 3, a leader in hospitality renovation and construction with a growing presence in retail, restaurants, mixed use, multifamily and office tenant improvements, has project experience ranging from small interior renovations and tenant improvements to multi-million-dollar hotel and restaurant interior and exterior renovations. Past projects include the 2016 renovation of Holiday Inn Express Newport Beach; the redevelopment of the Lodge at Tiburon and Tiburon Tavern in Tiburon, CA; and an update of Half Moon Bay Lodge in Half Moon Bay, CA.

According to Rebekah May, business development of Level 3, “On the office-TI side of our business, creative office space is definitely trending. We actually embraced that concept at our new office in Vista. All the bells and whistles were put into it so we could help show off what we do by having you come in and enjoy it for yourself.”
