ARLINGTON, TX—Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors DFW's founder Gary Walker is relinquishing the managing principal's role at the 34-employee firm as part of a planned transition and office expansion. Walker will remain at the firm as founder and principal. Spearheading all management duties will be Steve Gray, who joined CBC Advisors DFW in May as managing principal.
DALLAS—Stream Realty Partners has named Mica Hopkins its new director of property management. Hopkins' new responsibilities will include the day-to-day operations and the growth of Stream's DFW property management team and managed portfolio. In the DFW area, Stream's property management division is responsible for more than 42 million square feet of industrial and office real estate product, and includes a team of more than 100 property management professionals.
DENVER—FareHarbor, the world's largest reservation platform for activity providers and concierge desks, announces plans to move its Denver-based corporate headquarters into a 25,000-square-foot space at 1515 Cleveland Pl. in downtown.
DENVER—Greysteel announces the opening of its first Colorado office in Denver to accommodate the firm's continuing growth throughout the country. Industry veterans Ryan Floyd and Scott Whitfield have joined Greysteel to spearhead the company's expansion in the region.
HOUSTON—Baker Katz announces that Matt Reese and John Frazier have joined its team of commercial real estate professionals.

AUSTIN, TX—Davenport 360 LLC has selected View to install View Dynamic Glass in the first office building in Austin at its planned class-A office development project. With View Dynamic Glass, tenants will be able to enjoy windows that do not require blinds or shades, preserving the panoramic hill country and greenbelt views surrounding the property. Located 15 minutes west of downtown on Capital of Texas Highway (Loop 360), Davenport 360 is accepting tenants and is represented by commercial real estate brokers, Melissa Totten and Brett Arabie of Cushman & Wakefield.
DALLAS—A California-based multifamily investor has purchased the 312-unit Mountain Valley Apartments in southwest Dallas, picking up the seller's last local property in an off-market transaction. The 92.6%-leased Mountain Valley Apartments is located at 5875 Mountain Valley Ln., right across the street from an elementary school and park. Sam Pettigrew, managing partner in Dallas for National Apartment Advisers, represented the buyer, NVTX1 Apartments LLC of San Diego, in a direct deal with locally based Mountain Valley 2002 LP.
DENVER—Reviving a dormant industrial space in the heart of Denver's emerging River North district, San Diego-based Pathfinder Partners LLC has partnered with Denver-based Winfield Partners LLC to complete $7.4 million in renovations to the historic Gold Star Sausage Co. factory, located at 28th and Walnut Streets.
HOUSTON—NAI Partners recently arranged the purchase of an 8,000-square-foot office/warehouse at 8715 Fallbrook. Trey Martin of NAI Partners represented buyer HCM Development LLC during the negotiations. Steve Adkisson of Adkisson Group represented the seller, 8715 Fallbrook LLC.
PFLUGERVILLE, TX—NewQuest Properties is poised for new growth at its top-ranked Stone Hill Town Center in central Texas, selling two adjacent tracts to different franchisees of internationally acclaimed hospitality chains. Ground is expected to break in early 2018 on an 86-key Holiday Inn Express and a Tru by Hilton, the first one to be developed deep in the heart of Texas. The Holiday Inn Express will be situated on a 2-acre site while a four-story Tru by Hilton will go up on 1.83 acres fronting Town Center Drive. Josh Friedlander and Rebecca Le of NewQuest Properties represented the seller in the direct deals.
