NEW YORK CITY—SL Green Realty Corp. has signed a more than five-year lease renewal with MKP Capital Management for 25,995 square feet at 600 Lexington Ave., a 36-story, 300,000-square-foot tower. John Mambrino and Evan Margolin of Savills Studley represented the tenant in the transaction.
EDISON, NJ—Bussel Realty Corp. VP Anthony Mircovich has completed more than 25,223 square feet of industrial transactions. He brokered a 10,000-square-foot lease transaction at 2216 Hamilton Blvd., in South Plainfield, with Century Marketing; New Jersey Liquidator's 5,200-square-foot deal at 6 Ivanhoe Pl. in Bridgewater; a 5,023-square-foot lease at 1000 King Georges Rd., Unit 3, in Fords, with Vertex Diagnostics and a 5,000-square-foot deal at 280 Lincoln Blvd. in Middlesex with Ultimate Home Services.
NEWTON, MA—Newmark Grubb Knight Frank's team of Matt Malatesta, Mark Roth, Brendan Daly and Blake Mclaughlin—along with Jumbo Capital Management and Angelo Gordon—recently completed five lease transactions totaling more than 60,000 square feet at 7/57 Wells Ave. and 75/85/95 Wells Ave. (Wells Park) here.
NEW YORK CITY—Blackstone-affiliate Equity Office has inked a five-year lease with Murmuration and a renewal of The Focal Point at its 44 Wall St. Murmuration, a nonprofit children's education advocacy firm, signed a five-year lease for 3,681 rentable square feet of pre-built space. The Focal Point, a trial consulting company, renewed its 2,331-square-foot lease for four years.
KINGSTON, NY—The Kislak Co. brokered the recent sale of Camelot Manor and Parkview Terrace Apartments—two multifamily properties with a total of 68 units here, in Ulster County—for $4.25 million. Kislak VP Janet Bortz represented the seller and purchaser in the transaction. The buyer used the transaction to complete a Section 1031 like-kind exchange.
NEW YORK CITY—Ariel Property Advisors has closed on a $5 million sale of the 9,816-square-foot South Bronx development site at 417 Gerard Ave. The site is on the southeast corner of Gerard Avenue and 146th Street in Mott Haven. M1-4/R8A zoning provides 49,680 buildable square feet as-of-right. The buyer, Treetop Development, paid $5 million in the transaction. Exclusive agents Jason Gold, Scot Hirschfield, Marko Agbaba, and Victor Sozio represented the seller, Galaxy General Contracting, and procured the buyer.
HORSHAM, PA—CBRE has arranged the sale of a Citizens Bank located at 822 Welsh Rd. here. The 3,500 square-foot property traded hands for approximately $7.5 million.
NEW YORK CITY—Meridian Capital Group has arranged $4.1 million in permanent financing for the refinancing of 27 Whitehall St. an eight-story 14,830-square-foot corner office building in the Financial District. The seven-year loan, provided by a balance sheet lender, features a competitive fixed rate of 3.58%. This transaction was negotiated by Meridian associate David Oheb.

BOSTON—The National Council of State Housing Agencies presented MassHousing with two awards for program excellence at the NCSHA's annual conference. MassHousing was honored in the Home Improvement and Rehabilitation category for the agency's purchase and rehabilitation program and was recognized in the Rental Housing category for Preservation and Rehabilitation for the agency's work to implement the Federal Financing Bank Risk-Sharing Initiative.

SOUTH BURLINGTON, VT—KeyPoint Partners has been awarded the management and leasing assignment for University Mall here. The mall is under new ownership. Current on-site mall management staff will be retained, and KPP VP of leasing Don Mace is handling leasing. UMall is Vermont's largest enclosed mall at more than 610,000 square feet.
BRIDGEPORT, CT—Avison Young's Fairfield/Westchester office has been named exclusive leasing agent for 1000 Lafayette Blvd., a class-A office building here. Sean Cahill, principal and managing director of Avison Young's Fairfield/Westchester office, and Lori Baker, VP, will market over 70,000 square feet of space at the 11-story, 215,000-square-foot office building.
