WASHINGTON, DC–Lincoln Property Co. has signed a 91,395-square foot lease at 2300 N St., NW with the Aspen Institute, which is relocating and consolidating space it maintains at One Dupont Circle NW and at 1333 New Hampshire Ave. NW. Aspen Institute plans to move into the 2300 N St. at the end of 2017. Over the past eighteen months, 2300 N St, NW has undergone significant capital improvements including a new front entrance plaza, a lobby and common areas, a new 4,500-square foot fitness center, HVAC systems and parking garage renovations.

WINCHESTER, VA–Pleasant Valley Marketplace, a 104,703 square foot neighborhood retail center here has sold for $15.9 million, brokered by the KLNB Retail Investment Sales Group's Andy Stape and Vito Lupo. They represented both the seller, Pleasant Valley Marketplace, LLC and an undisclosed 1031 buyer. The center is fully leased.

WASHINGTON, DC–West, Lane & Schlager Realty Advisors has completed three leases totaling 17,000 square feet in the District. In the first deal, Eric West and Matt Levin negotiated a 8,235-square foot multi-year lease for the Land Trust Alliance at 1250 H St., NW. The Alliance, which has occupied space at 1660 L St. NW for the last decade, will move on May 1, 2017 reducing its footprint by 18%. The space is more efficient, according to the firm, and can accommodate more staff members.

In the second deal, Levin and Ganon Rich represented the Trust for America's Health in a 5,225-square-foot restructuring and extension at 1730 M St. NW. They restructured the tenant's existing lease two years early, securing a tenant-improvement allowance for renovations and lowering the rent structure.

In the third lease, Levin and Tom Fuge negotiated on behalf of the Theodore Roosevelt Conservation Partnership in a 3,598-square- foot headquarters lease relocation at 529 14 th St. NW.

ARLINGTON, VA–Cresa Washington DC recently represented Matrix Group International. in a 11,591-square-foot lease renewal of its headquarters at 2711 Jefferson Davis Hwy in Arlington, VA. Peter Gottesman and Paul Ehrenreich, represented the tenant in the two-year extension of the lease.

BETHESDA, MD–Walker & Dunlop reports that it has originated over $1.3 billion of student housing financing year to date through October 31, 2016. Student housing loans account for over 10% of the company's total year to date multifamily financing.

BETHESDA, MD–Capital One and HPS Investment Partners have established a new program to originate unitranche loans to middle-market healthcare companies. A unitranche loan blends senior and junior debt into a single first lien debt facility. The program will be called Unitranche Loan Transaction, LLC.
