14 Crosby Dr.BOSTON—The Davis Cos. has unveiled the newly renovated 14 Crosby Dr., a 95,000-square-foot office building within an eight-building, 475,000 square foot campus TDC recently rebranded as The Xchange at Bedford. The former outdated office/R&D park has become a vibrant campus, with JLL serving as the exclusive leasing agent for the property. Located one exit north of I-95/Route 128—with proximity to Burlington and Bedford's five million square feet of quality restaurants, retail, hotels, and healthcare facilities—the building's tenants now have access to onsite amenities that include a fitness center and yoga studio; a WiFi enabled café; a 3,500 square foot outdoor patio with fire pit; and 5,200 square feet of green space. TDC also increased the total available parking at The Xchange to 1,530 spaces by adding 225 new parking spaces and it created a new front face to the campus on land it purchased from MassDOT in 2015.

MORRISTOWN, NJ—Avison Young's capital markets group arranged a $20 million term loan to refinance a new multifamily building in Hudson County. The five-year term loan refinanced the existing construction loan and provided cash-out equity. The Avison Young New Jersey Capital Markets Group comprised of George Gnad, principal, Jonathan Kristofich, VP and Michael Winters, senior associate, brokered the loan.

NEW YORK CITY—Dana Robbins Schneider, managing director and head of JLL's Energy and Sustainability projects group in the Northeast, was one of 24 professionals named as a 2016 LEED Fellow. The designation was awarded by the US Green Building Council and Green Business Certification to recognize outstanding LEED professionals who have made significant contributions to green building over the course of their careers.

GE's global headquarters FAIRFIELD, CT—The General Electric Co. has closed on the sale of its former global headquarters here to Sacred Heart University for nearly $32 million. The deal went into contract just last month. CBRE Group's Jeffrey Dunne, Robert Caruso, Gene Pride, Steve Bardsley and Colin Reilly represented the seller. The buyer's representation was not clear at press time. The 66.8 acre-property features a 28 room guest house & conference center and two office building containing 495,436 square feet of rentable space. Unique features of the asset, which was vacant at the time of the sale, include a helicopter landing pad, full commercial kitchen, fitness center and more.

3 Huntington Quadrangle-MELVILLE, NY—Treeline, in a joint venture with The KABR Group, has purchased 3 Huntington Quadrangle here from Hines REIT for nearly $36 million. The four-story, 408,000 square-foot office property—which Hines acquired in 2007— is located in Western Suffolk County, one of the largest office submarkets on Long Island. The property is comprised of two four-story office wings connected by a central lobby. Financing for the acquisition was obtained through Wells Fargo Bank, which provided first mortgage financing and was represented in house by managing directors Terry Livingston and Jeffrey Schor. Chris Peck, Geoff Goldstein, David Giancola, Alex Staikos and Jordan Avanzato of HFF represented Treeline and KABR in placing financing for the project. Jose Cruz of HFF represented the seller.

NEW YORK CITY—TradingScreen has signed a lease at One Penn Plaza— located at 242 W. 34th St.—with  Vornado Realty Trust to take 19,944 square feet at the Class A, 2.5 million-square-foot building. The tenant was represented by JLL's David Dusek, managing director, and Paul Ferraro, VP. The building owner was represented in-house by Craig Panzirer, SVP, and Jared Silverman, senior leasing director.
