Gehl (2)MILWAUKEE-Avison Young has been awarded the exclusive listing for a 719,599-square-foot four-building industrial portfolio in the Milwaukee market. Principals Erik Foster and Mike Wilson, both based in the company's Chicago office and members of the firm's national industrial capital markets group, will represent the owner. Gehl Foods, a leading producer of low acid aseptic dairy products, owns and occupies 100% of the property, and will sell and lease back the buildings. The four buildings are highly specialized — operating at the Food and Drug Administration's food-grade level — and were built to meet the company's specific operational needs. The buildings house equipment used in the development of beverages, sauces, puddings, chips, cheese dispensers and cheese sauces, eliminating 100% of potential food-borne pathogens in the cooking process. Gehl has invested more than $100 million in capital improvements and specialized equipment in the buildings. The portfolio will be sold as a 15-year, triple-net leaseback with annual lease rate escalations on the properties.

INDIANAPOLIS—Tracy Crum has joined Cushman & Wakefield's Indianapolis office as a senior project manager, project and development services. Crum has 25 years of experience in project management in the construction industry, 19 of which were with Duke Realty Corp. He will manage the design, permitting and construction of projects. Crum is an IN-licensed architect. He earned degrees in environmental design and architecture from Ball State University. Crum is a board member for the Cascade Youth League, and has served as a coach and sport director. He has also served as an elected member of the Stilesville Town Council for four terms between 1995 and 2015.
