NEW YORK CITY—The 15 contenders for the 2016 Sales Brokers Most Ingenious Deal of the Year awards—to be handed down next month by the Real Estate Board of New York—have been revealed. The Bronx and Brooklyn each saw one of the nominated transactions while the remaining 13 were done in Manhattan.

The first-, second-, and third-place winners will be announced at the Sales Brokers Committee's 73rd annual cocktail party, to be held on Tuesday, April 4th from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Club 101 (101 Park Ave.).
