Knowland was represented by Cushman and Wakefield brokers John Benziger and Jennifer Brody, while Meridian was represented by Nick Gregorios, Dave Millard and Peter Berk of Avison Young.
Meridian purchased the 293,539-square-foot building in June.

Metropolis Capital Advisors' Joe Friedman and Kelly Lawrence represented the seller 8square LLC. The buyer was F&P, LLC. The 91% leased portfolio consists of Forest Square, a 16,524 square foot neighborhood retail center, and Parston Square, a 30,803 square foot flex/service retail center. MetCap Advisors has four additional disposition assignments currently under contract or on the market including a medical office campus, small‐suite professional building and neighborhood retail centers in the Washington‐Baltimore markets.
HUNT VALLEY, MD–Square Mile Capital Management has originated a $127.6 million loan secured by a portfolio of office properties in Maryland's Baltimore-Washington Corridor. The loan was made to an affiliate of Greenfield Partners and the financing will be used to recapitalize the existing debt and provide capital for further lease-up across the portfolio. Nicholas Seidenberg and Michael Zelin of Eastdil Secured's DC office arranged the financing. The 1.2 million-square- foot-portfolio contains 21 assets located across suburban Maryland including Hunt Valley, White Marsh, Columbia, and Hanover.
COLUMBIA, MD–PGIM Real Estate Finance has provided a $26.5 million in permanent financing to RMJ Development Group, according to Phillips Realty Capital, for The Evergreens at Columbia Town Center. Adam Bieber at Phillips structured the financing for the 156-unit active adult apartment community here.
